Overview

This release enables the import and export of organizational units, adds a German translation for the ISO 27001:2022 standard, and improves user management with a new filter option for Entra users. Additionally, various enhancements have been implemented, the creation of logs has been optimized.

What's New

New Features

  • Import and Export of Organizational Units
    • Description: Organizational units can now be imported and exported within the system.
    • How to Access: Upload organizational units in the Compliance Settings via Create > Import. Select the organizational units to be exported and click the corresponding icon in the black bar at the top right to generate the export file.
  • ISO 27001:2022 Translation
    • Description: The German translation of the ISO 27001:2022 standard is now available.
    • How to Access: Select the relevant standard under Document > International Standards.
  • User Management
    • Description: It is now possible to filter by local users and Entra users (formerly Azure users).
    • How to Access: User management can be found under IT Settings.

Improvements

  • Log Date for Tasks
    • When creating a new log entry for a task, the current date is now set by default but can also be set to a previous date.

Bug Fixes

  • Issue ID [#3320]: Fixed an issue where quickly checking off To-Do lists for controls in international standards could cause unusual behavior.
  • Issue ID [#3323]: Fixed an issue where not all items were displayed under the "Linked Risk Scenarios" tab when adding risk scenarios to ROPAs.
  • Issue ID [#3322]: Fixed an issue where risk scenarios could be deleted even if a link to a ROPA existed.
  • Issue ID [#3365]: Fixed translation issues with abbreviations in questions in the Assessment Builder.
  • Issue ID [#3515]: Treatment plans can now be opened even if all scenarios are set below the threshold.
  • Issue ID [#3515]: Inactive TOMs and Documents & Policies in international standards are no longer displayed as options in "Evidence & Linked Documentation".
