What's new
Assessment Classification Tags [NG-1839, NG-1138]
Assessments and assessment templates can now be assigned a classification tag. This makes it easier to categorise and filter assessments according to your organisation's internal taxonomy directly within the assessment overview.
Vendor Excel Export [NG-1918]
The vendor list now includes an Export to Excel button, allowing you to download vendor data in spreadsheet format for reporting or further processing outside the system.
ROC: Scenario Management [NG-1917]
Within the Risk Owner Console, it is now possible to add and organise risk scenarios more flexibly. Scenarios can be arranged and their movement between states is tracked and displayed in a structured way.
"Screen Not Supported" Notice
A dedicated notice is now shown when the application is accessed on a screen size that is too small to display the interface correctly, guiding users to switch to a supported device.
Improvements
- Risk Owner Console – Graph display: The current risk and target risk values in the ROC graph are now shown with clearer number indicators. The threshold icon alignment has also been corrected. [NG-1927]
- Risk Owner Console – Target risk icon: A dedicated icon now marks the target risk level in the scenario view, making it visually distinct from the current risk. [NG-1920]
- Risk Owner Console – TOM card editing: The TOM editing panel has been redesigned with improved layout, better spacing, and corrected overflow handling for long titles. Padding has been added to selection fields, and category names now reflect the selected interface language. [NG-1857, NG-1902]
- Risk Owner Console – Table styling: Table row borders have been refined and visual indicators (borders on average risk and threshold) added for improved readability. [NG-1926, NG-1859]
- Risk Owner Console – Residual risk alignment: The residual risk display in the ROC table is now correctly aligned. [NG-1854]
- Risk Owner Console – Treatment plan: The dropdown design in the publish plan has been improved, and the default insurance status is now set to "Not Insured". The "Send Back" button wording and behaviour have been corrected. [NG-1925, NG-1921, NG-1907]
- Risk Owner Console – Header dropdown: Colour styling of the ROC header dropdown has been updated for better visual consistency. [NG-1916]
- Risk Owner Console – Mitigated scenario: The mitigated scenario section now displays correctly. [NG-1861]
- Risk Owner Console – Last target risk: The label "Last Target Risk" has been renamed to "Target Risk Met" across all supported languages for greater clarity.
- Assets – TOM section: Layout and spacing improvements have been applied to the TOM list within asset detail views, including better handling of suggested TOMs and the remove-task button. [NG-1641]
- Assets – Vendor redirect: A direct link from an asset to its associated vendor record is now available. [NG-1651]
- Assets – Group standards form: The group and standards selection in asset forms has been improved, including automatic creation of asset groups directly from the dropdown. [NG-1856]
- Assessments – Review portal: The assessment review portal has been updated with improved stage rendering and display logic. [NG-1882]
- Assessments – Audience selection: Alignment issues in the audience selection panel have been resolved. [NG-1880]
- Assessment builder – Auto-translate: Auto-translation is no longer incorrectly triggered on every field interaction, preventing unintended overwriting of manually entered content. [NG-1837]
- Consultation process: The consultation creation flow has been updated and stability improved. [NG-912]
- ISO 27001 – Spider diagram: The spider diagram for ISO 27001 compliance now renders correctly. [NG-1886]
- TOMs warning toast: The progress bar on the TOM status-change warning notification is now hidden, giving the message a cleaner appearance.
- Linked tables: A checkbox option has been added to linked tables for improved selection handling. [NG-1853]
- Scenarios – Language fallback: When a scenario has no translation in the user's selected language, the system now correctly falls back to the default language instead of showing a blank entry. [NG-1879]
