What's new

Quick-create buttons on detail pages

Detail pages for Personal Data, Categories, Data Collection Points, TOMs, and Tasks now include secondary "Create" buttons directly within linked-object sections. This allows you to create a new related record (for example, a task or a special category) without navigating away from the current page.

Direct navigation to linked objects [NG-2979]

ROPA detail pages for Personal Data now include navigation buttons that take you directly to the index view of linked objects — including TOMs, personal data entries, tasks, categories, data collection points, and affected persons — saving several clicks compared to the previous workflow.

TOMs: dispatch list and linked tasks [NG-2999] [NG-3001]

The TOMs list view now shows dispatch information. Additionally, TOMs detail pages support saving and displaying linked tasks, giving you a clearer picture of outstanding actions associated with each technical or organisational measure.

Improvements

  • ROPA – Personal Data detail: The layout of the Personal Data detail screen has been restructured for better readability, with clearer sections for categories, data collection points, TOMs, tasks, and affected persons.
  • ROPA – Risk dashboard: Navigation links from the Risk dashboard to ROPA records have been corrected and stabilised.
  • Policies & Documents – Upload: The file upload component has been improved for reliability; larger files are now handled more robustly following an increase to the permitted upload body size.
  • Policies & Documents – Tasks tab: The tasks creation form within Policies & Documents has been updated for consistency with the rest of the application.
  • Assessments – Frontend questionnaire: The questionnaire layout has been simplified and the display of question status has been made more consistent.
  • Tags: The minimum character length for tag names has been reduced to 2 characters, making it easier to create short abbreviation-style tags.
  • Vendor creation: A general tag field is now available when creating a new vendor record.
  • Maturity level selector: A display issue with the maturity level dropdown has been resolved.
  • RACI table: The RACI responsibility table has been updated for improved layout and usability.
  • Data Collection Points: The creation form and general layout have been standardised for a more consistent look and feel across the application [NG-3005].
  • Tasks – Priority dropdown: A display issue with the priority dropdown in task forms has been corrected.

Fixes

  • [NG-2998] Policies & Documents: Several layout and functional issues in the Policies & Documents module have been resolved, including problems with how linked assessments and tasks were displayed.
  • [NG-2994] Wrong layout: A layout misalignment affecting certain record detail pages has been fixed.
  • [NG-2997] Tasks – RACI: An issue with the RACI section on task records has been corrected.
  • Assessments – Questionnaire status: A bug where question status was not correctly updated after a completed questionnaire was resent has been fixed.
  • File upload – Resend: A problem causing file upload failures on resend actions has been resolved.
