Overview
This release focuses on expanding and refining the Sharing functionality within Priverion DPMS. The ROPA module also receives targeted improvements in how shared processing activities and their associated data are presented.

What's new
Download of linked elements in Sharing [NG-4839]
When working with shared records, you can now download linked elements directly as part of the shared data export. This makes it easier to obtain a complete picture of a shared record — including all associated objects — in a single download.
Organisation-unit sharing table [NG-5423]
A new table view allows you to load and review shared records grouped by organisation unit. This gives Data Protection Officers and compliance teams a clearer, structured overview of which data is shared across different parts of the organisation.
Audience management in Sharing [NG-5425]
Sharing configurations now support audience assignments, giving administrators finer control over who can access shared records and linked attributes.
Improvements
- Sharing – ROPA: The display of personal data and purpose-of-processing information within shared ROPA entries has been improved for clarity and consistency [NG-5373].
- Sharing – linked elements: Linked elements are now included and correctly resolved when sharing records, ensuring recipients see complete and accurate data [NG-4938].
- Child element list: The child-object list view has been updated to handle shared and linked scenarios more reliably, improving navigation within complex record structures.
- Multi-select fields: Selected options in multi-select inputs are now displayed with improved formatting, making it easier to review chosen values at a glance.
Known issues
