Overview
This release expands the risk management capabilities of Priverion DPMS by deeply integrating risk scenarios into ROPA records. Users can now view and manage linked risk scenarios and their associated TOMs directly from a processing activity, and Risk Settings has been updated with a new slider-based risk configuration interface. Priority level indicators have also been added throughout the platform to make risk ratings more visually intuitive.

What's new
Risk Scenarios linked in ROPA
Processing activities in the ROPA module now include a dedicated risk section. You can view all risk scenarios linked to a processing activity, see their calculated risk scores, and review associated damage categories — all without leaving the ROPA record.
Risk Table in ROPA
A new risk table is available on the ROPA detail and create screens, giving a consolidated view of risk data (likelihood, impact, and overall score) for the processing activity and its linked scenarios.
Process Risk Scenarios in ROPA detail view
The ROPA detail screen now shows a dedicated panel listing all process risk scenarios associated with the record, including their type, status, and risk level.
TOMs linked to ROPA via Assets
Technical and organisational measures (TOMs) that are assigned to assets can now be surfaced directly within a ROPA record, giving compliance teams a complete picture of protective measures in one place.
Risk Slider in Risk Settings
The risk matrix configuration in Risk Settings has been replaced with an interactive slider. You can now define risk thresholds by dragging a slider rather than entering values in a table, making risk calibration faster and more intuitive.
Priority Level Indicators
A new colour-coded priority level indicator (circle) has been introduced across risk-related screens to give an at-a-glance visual signal for risk ratings (e.g. Low, Medium, High, Very High, Critical).
Damage Categories for Process Risk
The process risk model now includes dedicated input fields for damage categories, allowing you to specify what types of harm are associated with a given risk scenario directly within the risk settings screens.
Risk Tags in Process Risk
A new Risk Tags table has been added to the process risk configuration, enabling you to categorise and filter risk scenarios by tag for easier management of large risk inventories.

- ROPA – TOMs panel: The TOMs section on ROPA records has been redesigned for clarity; TOMs are now grouped and displayed with their linked asset context.
- Risk Scenarios – type field: The "type" field for risk scenarios has been updated with a revised set of options, replacing the previous partial process risk scenario model with a cleaner, consolidated type selection.
- Risk Settings – process risk edit screen: The process risk edit form has been significantly extended to support damage categories, risk tags, and the updated scenario type options.
- Assessment questionnaire: Minor layout and navigation improvements have been made to the assessment frontend, including better handling of the last question and comment fields.
- Selectable tables: Selectable table components used across several modules now render more consistently, with improved alignment and visual feedback.
- Search: The global search component has been updated to handle additional element types, ensuring risk-related records appear correctly in search results.
- Translations: New and updated translations for risk scenario terminology, damage categories, priority levels, and TOMs-related labels have been added across all supported languages.
Fixes
- Risk scenario controls: Fixed an issue where action icons were incorrectly displayed on risk scenario control rows.
- Save button alignment: Corrected a misaligned save button on the process risk edit screen.
- Blue line artefacts: Removed stray blue line elements that appeared in certain risk scenario views.
- TOMs linked to assets in ROPA: Resolved an error that prevented TOMs associated with assets from loading correctly within a ROPA record.
- Risk score recalculation: Fixed the risk score recalculation logic for configurations using five risk levels, ensuring scores are computed correctly across all threshold ranges.
- Assessment comment field: Fixed a display issue with comment fields in the assessment questionnaire frontend.
