Overview
This release adds a new International Standards section under IT Settings, allowing you to manage and edit standards directly within the platform. Asset records now support additional status values (Draft, Active, Inactive, Under Review), and several fixes address incorrect redirections, missing translations, and display issues in Risk and ROPA areas.

What's new
International Standards in IT Settings
A dedicated International Standards screen is now available under IT Settings. You can view, add, and edit international standards (such as ISO 27001 and ISO 27701) directly from the settings area without leaving the platform.
Additional Asset Status Values [NG-4723]
Asset records now support four status values: Draft, Active, Inactive, and Under Review. These statuses are available in the Assets list and detail views, giving you finer control over the lifecycle of each asset.
On-the-fly Tag Creation [NG-4644]
When working with tag fields across the platform, you can now create new tags directly from the input field without navigating to a separate administration screen.
Improvements
- Assets – Risk screen: Damage and likelihood labels that are particularly long are now truncated with an ellipsis so they no longer overflow their containers.
- Assets – TOM calculation [NG-5055]: Technical and Organisational Measures linked to assets are now correctly included in risk calculations.
- ROPA – Linked Risk Scenarios [NG-4902]: Risk scenario settings for assets and ROPA entries are now properly synchronised; changes are reflected without requiring a manual refresh.
- Process Risk Model [NG-4967]: The risk model table for processes now displays correctly and no longer shows stale or missing data.
- Policies – Document upload and links: Alignment of document upload fields and document link attributes has been improved for a cleaner layout.
- Organisational Units [NG-4911]: Organisational unit data is now loaded and saved more reliably.
- Active Directory screen: An informative error message is now shown when Active Directory configuration encounters a problem.
- User Management – System Manager role [NG-4668]: The System Manager role is now correctly displayed and saved when creating or editing users.
- Translations: Numerous label and UI string improvements across English, German, Spanish, and other supported languages, including corrections in IT Settings terminology.
Fixes
- Wrong redirection after setting a Risk Scenario [NG-4899]: Users are now taken to the correct screen after saving risk scenario settings instead of being redirected to an unrelated page.
- Report export job check [NG-4932]: A validation issue that caused errors when a report export job had no associated file ID has been resolved.
- Likelihood dropdown – Asset Risk [NG-5013]: The likelihood dropdown in the Asset Risk screen now shows all available values instead of a truncated list.
- Document translation – tag type [NG-5014]: Tag type labels in the Documents section are now correctly translated in all supported languages.
- Search translations [NG-5005]: Search field placeholder text is now properly translated across all supported languages.
- Password reset [NG-5010]: Pressing Enter on the password reset form now correctly submits the form.
- IT Settings – Spanish corrections [NG-4900]: Several labels in IT Settings were displaying incorrectly in Spanish; these have been corrected.
