Release 153 brings targeted fixes and improvements across the Assessments, Risk, Notes, and ROPA areas, along with breadcrumb navigation in Risk Settings.

Overview
This release delivers a number of user-visible improvements and bug fixes across several modules. Highlights include corrected text ordering in the Assessment Response Portal, a new breadcrumb navigation bar in Risk Settings, and more reliable behaviour when saving assessment answers and creating notes. Icon alignment and dropdown interactions have also been polished throughout the application.

Improvements
- Risk Settings – Navigation: A breadcrumb bar has been added to the Risk Settings area, making it easier to understand your current location and navigate between levels. [NG-760]
- Assessment Response Portal – Text order: The order in which texts are displayed in the Assessment Response Portal has been corrected so that questions and instructions appear in the expected sequence. [NG-1302]
- Notes: The notes panel has been redesigned for better layout and scrolling behaviour. Notes text is now properly justified, and an empty note can no longer be submitted (the text field is required). The position and transition of the notes overlay have also been refined.
- AI Generate button: The AI-assisted content generation button has been updated for more consistent appearance and behaviour during loading states.
- Dropdown creation flow: After creating a new option directly inside a dropdown selector, the dropdown now remains visible and immediately reflects the new entry — previously it would close or not update correctly. [NG-1304]
Fixes
- Assessment – Saving answers: Errors that occurred when saving answers in the Assessment module are now handled gracefully, with appropriate feedback shown to the user. [NG-1264]
- Asset Risk calculation: A bug affecting risk calculations on the Asset Risk screen has been resolved so that likelihood, damage, and overall risk scores are computed and displayed correctly. [NG-1155]
- Icon alignment: Several icons across the interface were misaligned; their positioning has been corrected. [NG-1296]
- Select / dropdown scroll behaviour: A bug causing erratic scroll behaviour inside dropdown selectors has been fixed. [NG-1282]
- Incident notes – design errors: Minor visual defects in the Incident notes section have been corrected. [NG-1272]
