What's New

New Features

• Product Fruits Integration
  • Description: This integration facilitates smoother onboarding through in-app tours and helps users discover features more quickly.
  • How to Access: Product Fruits is enabled automatically. You can manage this integration under IT Settings → External Integrations.
• Onboarding Screen
  • Description: A new onboarding screen has been added, providing helpful onboarding resources to all users except those with the role of "employee."
  • How to Access: Click "Get Started" in the top menu bar to access the onboarding screen.
• Multiple Consulting Companies
  • Description: You can now select multiple consulting companies when creating a new company, making it easier to manage consulting relationships.
  • How to Access: This feature is available when creating a company under Compliance Settings.
• New IT Settings Screen
  • Description: IT Settings has added a new screen, providing control over external integrations. 
  • How to Access: To control this feature, access IT Settings → External Integrations.

Improvements

• Assessments
  • Enhancements have been made to the go-to/hide functionalities within the assessment builder and assessment response, improving user experience.
• ROPA
  • Improve queries to autogenerate risk when linking scenarios through AI.
• Workflows
  • Base workflows for sending notifications on ROPA changes.

Bug Fixes

• Issue ID [#2301]: Resolved an issue where searching for Active Directory users for assigning responsible persons was not working correctly.
• Issue ID [#604]: Validation has been implemented to prevent loss of edits when tags are edited concurrently from different sessions.
• Issue IDs [#2378, #2379, #2380]: UI improvements when running the AI process.
• Issue IDs [#1884, #2395]: Visual adjustments
