Overview
This release introduces a new in-app help widget that can be activated via IT Settings, giving users quick access to guided support without leaving the platform. The ROPA module has been substantially improved, including better navigation between sections, cleaner display of personal data, and truncated legal references for readability. Numerous smaller improvements and fixes round out the release across Vendor management, Legitimate Interest, Risk dropdowns, and Assessments.

What's new
Activate Help Widget (IT Settings)
A new "Activate Help Widget" option is now available under IT Settings. When enabled by an administrator, an interactive help widget appears within the application, allowing users to access contextual guidance and support content directly from any screen — no need to leave the platform or open a separate browser tab.
ROPA – Personal Data List View
The ROPA module now includes a dedicated personal data list display within the record detail view, giving users a cleaner, structured overview of the personal data categories associated with each processing activity.
Improvements
- ROPA – Legal Reference (Retention): Legal reference text that exceeds 100 characters is now automatically truncated with an ellipsis (…), keeping the interface tidy and preventing layout overflow.
- ROPA – Navigation: Improved navigation between sections such as Purpose of Processing and Affected Persons, making it easier to move through a ROPA record without losing context.
- ROPA – Disabled links: Links to sections that are not yet available within a ROPA record are now visually disabled, reducing confusion about which steps can be accessed.
- ROPA – General creation form: Corrections and improvements to the general creation form for new processing activities.
- Vendor – Representatives: The Representatives section no longer shows a "(+)" button when nothing is selected; adding a new country now starts on a new line, and empty selections are gracefully ignored.
- Vendor – General form: Improvements to the responsible person field and the overall layout of the vendor edit screen.
- Legitimate Interest – Necessity and General sections: Layout and field improvements to both the General and Necessity tabs, including the removal of a redundant free-text input from the Legitimate Interest form.
- Risk – Dropdowns: Default values for risk-related dropdowns are now set correctly, reducing the need for manual selection on new entries.
- Assessments – Template screen: Improvements to the template step within the Assessments creation flow for a smoother experience.
- Dropdown design: Visual refinements to dropdown components across multiple modules for a more consistent look and feel.
- Sub-menu sizing: Sub-menu items have been resized for better readability and visual balance across the application.
- Applicable Laws – Select field: Fixed the width of the Applicable Laws selector so it no longer overflows its container.
- Main menu – Alert indicator: A visual alert indicator has been added to the main menu to surface important notifications.
Fixes
- ROPA – External Recipients: Corrected display and table layout issues in the External Recipients section of ROPA records.
- Asset – General form: Fixed an issue in the Asset general form that caused incorrect behaviour on load.
- Assessments – Creation screen: Resolved a structural issue in the Assessments creation flow that affected how templates were presented.
- Legitimate Interest – Input field removed: Removed an input field from the Legitimate Interest form that was no longer applicable, preventing user confusion.
