Release 363 introduces a new External Migration tool in the IT Settings area and brings improvements to risk scenario handling, asset thresholds, and the ROPA detail views.

Overview

This release adds a dedicated External Migration screen under IT Settings, allowing organisations to import and map data from external systems into Priverion DPMS. Several existing areas — including risk scenarios, asset threshold configuration, and ROPA processing details — have been improved for clarity and usability. A small number of user-visible bugs have also been resolved.

External Migration Tool [NG-6096 / NG-6117 / NG-6120 / NG-6122 / NG-6123 / NG-6124]

A new External Migration section is now available under IT Settings. It provides a structured form that lets administrators map and import organisations, responsible persons, legal bases, risk scenarios, documents, and other records from an external source into the DPMS. The tool includes a dedicated status indicator so you can track the progress of an ongoing migration. During migration mode, normal automated notifications and workflow triggers are paused to avoid spurious alerts.

Applicable Regulations Column

The record list now includes an Applicable Regulations column, allowing you to see at a glance which regulatory framework (e.g. GDPR) applies to each entry, selectable per company.

Risk Scenarios – Suggested TOMs: The suggested technical and organisational measures panel has been significantly revised for clearer presentation and easier interaction.

Risk Scenarios – Current Risk display: The current risk bar and threshold components have been updated for more accurate and consistent risk visualisation across different standards.

Asset Threshold Edit: The threshold editing form for assets has been reworked to improve layout and usability.

ROPA – Personal Data & Purpose of Processing: The detail panels for personal data and purpose of processing in ROPA records have been updated with a clearer layout.

Assessment Frontend: The public-facing assessment flow (thank-you screen, answer display, read-only field rendering) has been polished for a better respondent experience.

Standards Risk grouping: The group-standards component on risk screens has been updated for better display of linked standards.

Fixes

ROPA / External Recipients: Fixed an invalid combination error that could occur when saving external recipients. [NG-6134]

Risk – GDPR multiplicative calculation: Corrected an error in the multiplicative risk calculation for GDPR scenarios. [NG-6131]

Assets – archived status: Fixed an issue where the archived flag on assets was not being handled correctly. [NG-6108]

Assessment Templates – creation timestamp: Resolved an issue where the creation date of assessment templates was not recorded accurately during migration. [NG-6543]

Baseline risk scenario button: Fixed the display of the baseline scenario button. [NG-6101]

Special categories handling: Corrected an issue with special category data not being resolved properly in certain scenarios.
