What's new
Risk linking for DPIA and Vendor records
You can now associate risks directly with a DPIA or a Vendor entry from within the record's detail view. This makes it easier to document and track risk exposure without leaving the record you are working on.
Assessment-template import
The Import workflow now supports uploading assessment templates. You can bring existing templates into the system in one step, saving manual re-entry when migrating or copying configurations between environments.
ROPA validation
A comprehensive set of validation rules has been added to ROPA records. Required fields are now checked before a record can be saved or submitted, reducing the chance of incomplete entries reaching your processing register.
Improvements
- DPIA records – Additional validation checks ensure that mandatory fields are completed before progressing through the DPIA workflow.
- Vendor records – Validation on vendor entries has been tightened to match the same standards applied to other record types.
- Assessment templates – The template editor now enforces title validation, preventing templates from being saved without a name.
- Risk progress indicator – The visual progress bar within risk-related views has been refined for clearer status representation.
- Legitimate Interest assessments – Minor adjustments improve consistency in the Legitimate Interest form flow.
- Project module – The Project area has received usability improvements, including better handling of project roles and field validation.
- Header action buttons – Button behaviour in record detail headers has been made more consistent across modules.
