Overview

This release introduces several new features related to the Assessment Builder, including the ability to delete assessment templates and a new filter for inactive templates. Additionally, references to Active Directory have been renamed to Microsoft Entra ID, along with an update to the related IT settings URL.

What's New

New Features

• Assessment Template Deletion
  • Description: Users can now delete assessment templates. Assessments created using the deleted templates will remain unaffected, but the deleted template will no longer be selectable for future assessments.
  • How to Access: Use the trailing actions button (three dots) or the multiple selection option to delete templates.
• Inactive Template Filter
  • Description: A new filter button has been added to show inactive assessment templates.
  • How to Access: Clicking on the Inactive tab in the Assessment builder screen will display only inactive templates in the table.
• Assessment Completion Score
  • Description: The total score (if applicable) will now be displayed on the final results screen when completing an assessment.

Improvements

• Renaming of Active Directory References.
  • All references to Active Directory have been renamed to Microsoft Entra ID or Entra where applicable. This includes updating the URL for IT settings from /it/settings/active/directory to /it/settings/entra-id.

Bug Fixes

• Issue ID [#2434]: Minor design adjustments for AI functionality and fixes in multiple editing screens that could trigger a blue screen.
• Issue ID [#2468]: Resolved an issue where logging out from specific pages could cause a blue screen.
• Issue ID [#2462]: Fixed issues with the statistics displayed in the International Standards overview for the ISO27001:2022 standard. (This was part of a migration and was addressed in releases 208 and 209).

Known Issues

• Issue:  AI generation for ROPA in consulted companies and shared ROPAs is currently disabled due to an issue that causes a blue screen when used.
  • Workaround:  This functionality has been temporarily disabled while the issue is being addressed. No workaround is available at the moment, and the feature will be re-enabled once the issue is resolved.
