What's new
Reviewers in Approval Workflows [NG-5859]
Workflow action buttons across all record types (assets, ROPA entries, DPIAs, incidents, tasks, TOMs, data subject requests, projects, and more) now display assigned reviewers. Reviewers are shown alongside the standard approve/reject actions, giving compliance teams a clear view of who is responsible for signing off on each workflow step.
Delete Permission for Integrations [NG-5824]
Users with the appropriate permission can now delete integrations directly from the Integrations management page. A dedicated delete action is available in the integrations list, subject to role-based access control.
Workflow & Name Information in Email Logs
The email log view in IT Settings now shows the workflow name and workflow ID associated with each logged email, making it significantly easier to trace which workflow triggered a particular notification.
Improvements
- Workflow Overview (all record types) — The workflow overview panel has been consolidated into a single, unified component used consistently across assets, DPIAs, data collection points, data subject requests, incidents, meetings & activities, projects, retentions & deletions, ROPA entries, tasks, and TOMs. The display is now more consistent and easier to navigate.
- Assessment responses [NG-5820] — Internal handling of approved answers in assessment workflows has been improved, resulting in more reliable processing of completed review steps.
- Mandatory field indicators — Fields that are required in workflow overview forms now display a clear mandatory indicator, reducing the risk of accidentally submitting incomplete workflows.
- Translation corrections [NG-5896] — Several German and English labels in the workflow area (including "options" and the responsible-persons count field) have been corrected for clarity and accuracy.
- Risk scenario view — The risk scenario detail screen has been updated with an improved layout for risk selectors and the risk table, providing a clearer presentation of risk information.
Fixes
- [NG-5776] Resolved an issue affecting the notifications and approvals workflow processing, including improved error handling when adding reviewers to automations.
- Corrected the display of masked API tokens that could cause errors when the token value was empty or unusually short.
- Fixed a configuration issue in the Data Collection Points creation screen that could occur when no record ID was present.
- Fixed incorrect translation keys appearing in workflow-related messages in German.
