Overview
This release introduces external identifier and external URL fields for Assets, making it easier to link records to systems outside of Priverion. It also corrects an error in the ROPA Excel export and includes a number of internal improvements that strengthen data integrity across the platform.

What's new
External Identifier and URL for Assets
Assets can now store an External Identifier and an External URL, allowing you to reference an asset's record in a third-party system (e.g. a CMDB or procurement tool) directly from within Priverion. Both fields are available in the Asset detail view.
Improvements
- Anti-Malware settings – The anti-malware icon is now hidden by default in the IT Settings view, reducing visual clutter for organisations that do not use this feature.
- Responsible Person field – The Responsible Person attribute on several record types has been updated to support multiple persons, giving teams greater flexibility when assigning ownership.
- Login – Email addresses are now stored and matched in lower case, preventing sign-in issues caused by inconsistent capitalisation.
Fixes
- ROPA – Excel export – Corrected an error that caused the Excel export in the Record of Processing Activities to fail or produce an incomplete file.
