What's new
DPIA tab in TOMs [NG-2712]
The detail view of a Technical and Organisational Measure now includes a dedicated DPIA tab. From this tab you can see which Data Protection Impact Assessments are linked to the measure, giving you a direct connection between your TOMs and the DPIA register.
DPIA classification tag [NG-2621]
A new DPIA Classification tag is available when working with DPIA records. This tag allows you to categorise and filter assessments by their classification status more easily.
Workflow multi-language support [NG-2673]
Workflows and their associated queue entries are now fully translated into all supported platform languages. Users working in any of the supported locales will see workflow names and statuses in their chosen language.
Weekly workflow trigger [NG-2668]
Workflows can now be configured to run on a weekly schedule, in addition to the existing trigger options.
Improvements
- TOMs detail view – The DPIA tab is surfaced alongside the existing linked-record tabs (ROPA, Scenarios, Assets), keeping all related records accessible in one place.
- Tasks (ROPA / Asset origin) – Tasks that are automatically created from a ROPA or Asset entry now carry the correct responsible person [NG-2755], reducing the need for manual reassignment after creation.
- Data Flow editor – The Update Data Flow screen has been refreshed with a clearer layout and improved element selection that remembers the last chosen element type and record [NG-2727].
- Reporting page – The status column in the children table now displays a dedicated coloured status cell, making it easier to scan record states at a glance.
- Assessment responses – The data-mapping and element-selection panels have been restructured for a clearer, more consistent editing experience, including proper handling of templates that contain no questions.
- Workflow overview – Trailing action buttons that are not yet functional are now hidden, reducing visual noise in the workflow list.
- Dashboard [NG-2731] – Updated to reflect the latest data and layout improvements.
Fixes
- Calendar display [NG-2763] – Corrected styling for the flat calendar component so that dates render correctly in all supported views.
- Dropdown behaviour [NG-2747] – Fixed a dropdown in the workflow editor that was not closing or selecting items correctly.
- Dots icon button colours – Corrected the colour of the action-menu icon button so it matches the current design theme.
- Task processing – Prevented an error that occurred when the system tried to process tasks that had no linked tasks attached [NG-2756 / NG-2759].
- Workflow queue translations – Existing workflow queue entries are now migrated to include the correct translations in all supported languages.
