Overview

Release 70 brings several user-facing improvements: a new Manage Access panel is now available in key modules, the Dashboard has been refreshed with a new visual design for Assessments and Projects, and numerous translation corrections have been applied across English, German, Spanish, and other supported languages. Several bugs affecting Retentions & Deletions, Assessments, and the ROPA have also been resolved.

Manage Access panel for key modules [NG-4453]

A new Manage Access form is now available within the following modules, allowing responsible persons to be assigned and access permissions to be managed directly from the record:

• Data Collection Points

• DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessments)

• Legitimate Interest

• Meetings & Activities

• Retentions & Deletions

• TOMs (Technical and Organisational Measures)

• Vendors

• Assets

Refreshed Dashboard – Assessments & Projects design [NG-4275, NG-4276]

The Dashboard has received a visual redesign. The Assessments widget and the Projects card now display information in an updated layout for improved readability.

Scroll-to-top button [NG-4086]

A scroll-to-top button has been added to long pages, making it easier to navigate back to the top of a list or form without manual scrolling.

Improvements

• ROPA – Classification label [NG-4413]: The column label for classification in the ROPA table has been updated for clarity.

• Applicable Law – Responsive layout [NG-4138]: The Applicable Law section now adapts correctly to different screen sizes.

• International Standards: An additional button for International Standards is now available in the relevant settings section.

• User Management: Long user names are now truncated with an ellipsis in the user management list, preventing layout overflow.

• DPO Access display: The DPO access information is now displayed on a single line for a cleaner appearance.

• Questionnaire – unanswered question warning [NG-4260]: The error message shown when a questionnaire question has not been answered has been corrected and improved across all supported languages.

• Meetings & Activities – German translation [NG-4222]: Labels and field names in the Meetings & Activities module have been translated into German.

Fixes

• Retentions & Deletions – data not displaying [NG-4051]: Fixed an issue where data (including the Legal Reference field) was not shown correctly in the index view.

• Retentions & Deletions – German translation [NG-4229]: Corrected German translation errors in the Retentions & Deletions section.

• Assessment – German translation [NG-4040]: Fixed incorrect German translations within the Assessment module.

• Assessment – status inconsistency [NG-4043]: The "Review" status is now correctly available in the status drop-down when editing an Assessment record.

• Spelling corrections [NG-4194]: Several spelling mistakes in the interface have been corrected.

• Display adjustments [NG-4199]: Minor display and layout inconsistencies have been resolved.

• Upper/lower-case errors [NG-4153]: Capitalisation inconsistencies in labels have been corrected.

• Character limit [NG-4144]: Character limit handling has been improved in relevant input fields.

• Redundant pronoun in German [NG-4018]: A redundant pronoun in the German interface has been removed.

• Asset – linked risk scenarios [NG-4398]: Fixed a bug where linked risk scenarios were not displayed correctly within an Asset record.

• Spanish translation issues [NG-4342]: Multiple translation errors in the Spanish interface have been corrected.

• Super Admin role protection: The system now prevents changes to the Super Admin's role and raises an appropriate error if such a change is attempted.
