Overview
This release focuses on expanding risk management capabilities inside the ROPA module. It introduces a dedicated Data Subject Risk Scenarios section, enriches the Process Risk editing workflow, and adds a visual risk table to processing activity records. Several improvements to TOMs handling and risk scoring round out the release.

What's new
Data Subject Risk Scenarios
A new Data Subject Risk Scenarios section is now available in Risk Settings. You can create and manage risk scenarios specifically tied to data subjects, complete with damage categories, general information, and a dedicated overview table. This allows for a more granular assessment of risks affecting the individuals whose data you process.
Risk Table in ROPA Records
A risk table has been added directly to the detail and creation views of ROPA records. This table gives you an at-a-glance view of the risk landscape associated with each processing activity, including linked risk scenarios and their calculated scores.
Data Subject Detail View in ROPA
A new data subject detail panel is now available within individual ROPA records, making it easier to review information about the categories of persons affected by a processing activity without leaving the record.
Risk Slider in Risk Settings
The risk configuration matrix in Risk Settings has been replaced with an interactive slider-based interface. This makes it more intuitive to define and adjust risk threshold levels (up to five levels), with colour-coded visual feedback.
Priority Level Indicators
A new priority level indicator (colour-coded circles) has been introduced across risk-related views, giving you an immediate visual signal of the severity or priority assigned to a given risk item.
TOMs Linked to Scenarios in ROPA
When creating or editing a processing activity, you can now associate Technical and Organisational Measures (TOMs) directly with risk scenarios, providing a clearer audit trail between identified risks and the controls in place.
Improvements
- Process Risk editing — The edit screen for Process Risk has been significantly expanded, with improved layout, additional input fields for damage categories, and clearer section structure.
- Risk Tags table — A new risk tags overview table is now accessible from within the Process Risk and related risk settings pages, helping you organise and review tags associated with risk items.
- ROPA creation and detail views — The ROPA create and detail screens have been restructured to accommodate the new risk data panels, resulting in a cleaner and more complete layout.
- TOMs detail in ROPA — The TOMs section within a ROPA record has been revised for improved clarity and consistency with the rest of the risk-related information.
- Selectable table component — The selectable table used across linked-item panels has been updated to handle larger data sets and edge cases more reliably.
- Translations — New labels and terms introduced by the risk scenario and data subject features are now available in all supported languages.
