What's new
Active sort indicators on list views [NG-734]
List views now display a clear visual indicator of active sort selections, making it easier to understand how records are currently ordered without having to re-open the sort menu.
"Reasons" field on risk classification [NG-813]
A new Reasons input field has been added to risk classification, allowing users to document the rationale behind a risk classification decision directly in the record.
Company sharing for Data Collection Points and DPIA [NG-785]
Sharing controls are now available directly within Data Collection Point and DPIA records, enabling organisations to share these objects with partner companies without leaving the detail view.
Automatic translation via portal
The platform now fetches translations through the central portal service. This replaces the previous third-party translation library and ensures that newly supported languages are picked up automatically without manual configuration.
Improvements
- Filters across all list views – Filter and sort functionality has been extended and stabilised across all major list views (assessments, assets, vendors, tasks, ROPA, DPIA, documents, retention/deletion records, and more). AND/OR logic between filter conditions is now supported. [NG-753]
- Language handling – The interface now correctly detects and applies the user's active language based on company settings, suppressing inactive languages from all dropdowns and selectable lists. [NG-59]
- Selectable tables – Tables with multi-select behaviour now display a count of selected items and handle localisation of column headers more consistently. [NG-892]
- Risk scenario likelihood – Likelihood values on risk scenarios can now be updated independently, giving users more precise control over risk assessments. [NG-811]
- TOMs linked to international standards – Technical and organisational measures (TOMs) linked to international standards are now correctly reflected in evidence views after data migration. [NG-837]
- Documents and policies – link validation – A validation step has been added when adding a URL link to a document or policy, preventing broken or empty links from being saved. [NG-802]
- Responsible person search – The responsible person selector now supports searching by name, making it faster to assign accountability on records with long user lists.
- Log-scale risk slider – The risk assessment slider now supports a logarithmic scale with a defined upper limit and scroll interaction, giving a more accurate representation of risk magnitude. [NG-402]
- Default status for policies and documents – Newly created policies and documents are now assigned a default status automatically, preventing records from appearing without a status value. [NG-841]
- Tags filter search – The tag filter search now behaves correctly when tags are created from select inputs; the search field is hidden on legal basis filters where it is not applicable.
Fixes
- DPIA editing errors – Resolved an issue where editing a DPIA could result in validation or navigation errors. [NG-787, NG-856]
- Retention/deletion creation duplicate – Fixed a bug that caused duplicate records to be created when saving a new retention/deletion entry. [NG-860]
- Retention/deletion edit – Corrected a bug affecting the editing of existing retention/deletion records. [NG-542]
- Group sharing error – Resolved an error that appeared when managing group sharing settings. [NG-785]
- Filter stuck on tags and vendor – Fixed a problem where the filter panel became unresponsive after selecting tag or vendor filter values. [NG-846]
- Close button (×) after page refresh – The × button used to dismiss a detail panel now works correctly after the page is refreshed. [NG-812]
- Purpose of processing – multiple requests – Resolved a bug where submitting purpose-of-processing data sent multiple simultaneous requests, causing inconsistent saves. [NG-774]
- Asset risk white screen – Fixed a blank-screen error that appeared when opening the risk view on an asset with no associated domain.
- Misalignment in applicable laws – Corrected a visual misalignment on the applicable laws screen. [NG-821]
- Translation display errors – Fixed several instances where translated values were not displayed correctly in tables and dropdowns. [NG-538]
- Duplicate task index creation – Resolved an internal issue that caused duplicate index entries to be created on task records, which could lead to incorrect task numbering. [NG-800]
