Refund Policy

We provide our products only to businesses (B2B).

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of our merchant of record or Priverion (whichever applicable) and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. The merchant of record or Priverion (whichever applicable) will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles the merchant of record or Priverion to counterclaim the refund.
