Overview
This release delivers several user-facing improvements across the platform. The most notable additions are a new "Send Email" action in required-action workflow cards, better handling of shared element statuses on the dashboard, and improved controls around ROPA sharing — including smarter visibility of the edit button depending on a record's current sharing status. A number of internal reliability improvements and translation updates are also included.

What's new
Send Email action in workflow cards [NG-5617 / NG-5621 / NG-5623]
Required-action cards and review cards in workflow processes now include a Send Email button. This allows responsible persons and reviewers to trigger an email notification directly from the workflow card — for example, to remind a stakeholder that their input or approval is needed — without leaving the current screen.
Manual review step in workflows
Workflows now support a dedicated manual review node type. When a workflow step requires explicit human sign-off before proceeding, the system can now represent and handle that step distinctly, making it clearer which tasks are awaiting manual approval.
Improvements
- ROPA sharing — edit button visibility: The edit button on shared ROPA records is now shown or hidden based on the record's current sharing status, preventing accidental edits to records that are in an active sharing state.
- Dashboard — shared element status synchronisation: The dashboard now correctly synchronises the status of shared elements with the statuses used within the local company, so figures displayed on the dashboard accurately reflect the current state of shared records.
- User management — delete user flow: The user deletion process has been refined to handle edge cases more robustly, including improved behaviour when removing users who have not completed their profile.
- Translations: Updated and improved translations across multiple supported languages (Czech, Danish, German, Greek, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish and others) to ensure consistency throughout the interface.
