Release 48 (21.02.2023)

Release 48 brings a series of usability improvements across the platform, including better navigation, responsive design updates, and several bug fixes in ROPA, Tasks, TOMs, and Risk settings.

Overview

This release focuses on polishing the user experience across multiple areas of the platform. Key highlights include improved hover behaviour in navigation menus, responsive design fixes for Risk and Vendor Risk screens, a corrected "Responsible Person" field in ROPA, and a required-field indicator for the Task message field. Several smaller fixes improve consistency throughout the application.

Organisation column in overview tables [NG-3799]

An Organisation column has been added to ROPA general controller overview tables, giving you a clearer view of which organisational unit is associated with each record at a glance.

Hover highlighting in navigation menus [NG-3833]

Navigation menu items now display a visible highlight when you hover over them, making it easier to orient yourself and select the correct section.

IT Settings — General page labels [NG-3828]

The IT Settings › General screen now displays properly labelled fields and has had its logo removed for a cleaner, more consistent layout.

ROPA – Responsible Person field: The Responsible Person selector now works correctly when creating or editing a ROPA record; previously, selections were not being saved reliably. [NG-3838]

Risk settings: The layout of the Risk Settings screen has been updated to be fully responsive, displaying correctly on smaller screens and different window sizes.

Vendor Risk screen: The Vendor Risk overview and detail views have received responsive design improvements, ensuring columns and cards display correctly across screen sizes. [NG-3813]

Process Risk card: The Process Risk card design has been refreshed for better readability. [NG-3815]

Quick Create – Back button: The back button within the Quick Create flow now correctly returns you to the page from which you opened it. [NG-3801]

Export menu: The export option is no longer shown in menus where it is not applicable, reducing visual clutter. [NG-3803]

Login page: The login banner is now fully responsive and renders correctly on mobile and tablet-sized screens. [NG-3841]

Multilingual tabs – default language: The default language tab in multilingual input fields now always pre-selects the current user's language, rather than defaulting to a fixed language. [NG-3187]

TOMs detail view: The TOMs detail page now includes an Organisation header and additional metadata fields for improved clarity.

Translations: New and corrected translation strings have been added across all supported languages (CS, DA, DE, EN, ES, FI, FR, IT, NB, NL, PL, PT, PT-BR, RO, SV).

Fixes

Tasks – Message field now required [NG-3800]: The message field when creating or editing a Task is now correctly marked as required, preventing accidental submission of incomplete records.

ROPA – Responsible Person and Status not saving [NG-3838]: Selections made in the Responsible Person and Status fields on the ROPA detail view were not persisting after saving. This has been corrected.

Country field null handling: A crash that could occur when a record had no country set has been resolved.
