Overview
This release introduces the beta version of the Filerskeeper integration, allowing users to create records directly from the Filerskeeper database when the feature is active. Alongside this, numerous screens have been standardised for a more consistent look and feel, and several bugs have been resolved — including fixes in the DPIA, Policies, and Documents areas.

What's new
Filerskeeper Integration (Beta)
A beta integration with Filerskeeper is now available. When Filerskeeper is enabled for your organisation, a new option appears that allows you to create entries directly from the Filerskeeper database. When the integration is not active, this option remains hidden to keep the interface clean.
Blocking Unaddressed Items
Items that have not yet been fully addressed can now be blocked from progressing, helping compliance teams ensure that no open points are overlooked before moving forward in a workflow.
Improvements
- Data Collection Points (DCP) — The user dropdown in DCP forms has been updated with improved translations and standardised styling.
- Risk settings — The risk settings screens have been aligned with the platform's standard layout for a more consistent experience.
- Dropdowns — Dropdown menus across the platform have received a refreshed design and updated labels for greater clarity.
- Forms (Book of Information) — Labels within Book of Information forms have been corrected and standardised.
- Spanish language — The Spanish translation has been updated with important terminology changes: "TOM" is now "MTO" and "ROPA" is now "RAT" (Registro de actividades de tratamientos), in line with Spanish regulatory terminology.
- General screen standardisation — A broad standardisation pass has been applied across multiple screens to ensure consistent headers, field labels, and layout.
Fixes
- DPIA assessments — A bug affecting DPIA assessments has been resolved.
- Applicable Laws — An error in the Applicable Laws section has been corrected.
- Policies — A bug in the Policies area has been fixed.
- Documents — A bug affecting document handling has been resolved.
- Wrong labels — Incorrect labels appearing in certain forms have been corrected.
