Overview
Release 134 delivers targeted fixes and refinements across many areas of the platform. Highlights include improved AI generation controls in ROPA, a new unlink action for shared elements, fixes to Assessment scrolling and date formatting, and corrections to several screens that were showing white pages or disappearing elements.

What's new
Unlink action for shared elements [NG-957]
A new Unlink option is now available in the action menu for shared elements. You can use it to remove a sharing relationship between organisational units without deleting the underlying record.
Default status for Data Collection Points
Data Collection Points now receive a default status automatically on creation, reducing the number of manual steps needed when setting up a new record.
Improvements
- ROPA – AI generation: The Save button is now disabled while AI is actively generating content for a ROPA record. This prevents saving an incomplete draft and makes it clear that the system is still working. Individual AI generate buttons also correctly reflect the saving state during generation.
- Assessments – comments: Comments in the Assessment response view are now sorted by date, making it easier to follow the thread of a review conversation.
- Sharing – organisation unit search: The organisation unit search field has been removed from the sharing dialogue to simplify the flow [NG-956].
- Select behaviour with active filters: When a filter is active in list views, the "select all" checkbox now only selects the records currently visible in the filtered result, rather than all records in the module.
- Vendor transfers: The transfers section in Vendor records has been corrected and stabilised [NG-782].
- International Standards: A white-screen issue when navigating to the International Standards section has been resolved, and the screen now loads reliably [NG-899].
- Azure AD login: Handling of incorrect or missing permissions during Azure Active Directory authentication has been improved, reducing login failures in affected environments.
Fixes
- [NG-964] Assessments – general fixes: Several stability issues in the Assessments module have been addressed, including scroll position being lost when navigating between questions [NG-962] and incorrect GMT offset display in timestamps [NG-961].
- [NG-976] Projects – white screen: A white screen that appeared when opening certain Project records has been fixed.
- [NG-870] Assessment Builder export – tags: An error that occurred when exporting Assessment Builder templates that included tags has been corrected.
- [NG-865] Disappearing elements: Elements that intermittently disappeared from detail screens after certain user interactions are now displayed correctly.
- [NG-250] Double document upload: A bug that caused documents to be uploaded twice when attaching files to records has been fixed.
- [NG-597] Asset risk scenarios: A bug affecting the display and linking of risk scenarios on Asset records has been resolved.
- [NG-832] Design fixes: A number of layout and visual inconsistencies across detail screens have been corrected.
- [NG-411] Additional design fixes: Further visual corrections have been applied across multiple screens.
- [NG-876] Selection lost after choosing a value: A bug where a dropdown selection was lost immediately after being made has been fixed.
