What's new

Scenario Relations

A new Scenario Relations section is now available. From this area you can create and manage relations between risk scenarios and the following elements:

  • Damage – document potential harms linked to a scenario.
  • Maturity – record the maturity assessment for each scenario.
  • TOMs – associate technical and organisational measures directly with a scenario.

This provides a structured way to trace how each risk scenario connects to your broader risk management activities.

Data Collection Point types

A new tag category for Data Collection Point (DCP) types has been introduced. You can now classify data collection points by type, making it easier to filter and report on them.

Vendor – applicable laws

Vendors can now be linked to applicable regulations directly from the vendor detail view, bringing vendor records in line with the information already available in other areas of the platform.

Improvements

  • Assessments – creation form: The "Active" toggle has been removed from the creation form. A record is activated through its own dedicated workflow after creation, reducing confusion during initial setup.
  • Assessments – menu order: The order of items in the Assessments side menu has been adjusted for a more logical navigation flow.
  • Assessments – font size: Text in the Assessments area has been set to a smaller, more consistent size in line with the rest of the application.
  • Risk Scenarios – creation form: The general information form for creating a risk scenario has been streamlined, removing fields that are better managed after creation.
  • DPIA – risk scenarios and controls: The linked risk scenarios and risk scenario controls tables inside a DPIA have been updated to show richer information and behave more consistently.
  • TOMs – linked assets: The assets table within a TOM record now displays additional details, including data classification and storage location, giving a clearer picture of what assets a measure protects.
  • ROPA – linked assets: Asset entries in ROPA now show data classification and location information.
  • Header icons: Navigation header icons have been standardised across the application for a more consistent look.

Fixes

  • Assessments: Resolved a navigation/redirection issue that could send users to the wrong page after certain actions. [NG-3683]
  • Data Collection Points: Corrected an issue where the wrong asset type value was being saved. [NG-3651]
  • Assessments – audience label: Removed an unintended subtitle/audience label that appeared on the assessment form. [NG-3677]
