Release 16 brings visual and usability improvements across the platform, including standardised scrollbars, refined form layouts, and enhancements to Assessments and DPIA workflows.

Overview

This release focuses on consistency and polish across the Priverion DPMS interface. Scrollbars have been standardised throughout the application, form layouts have been improved for better horizontal alignment, and several workflows — including Assessments and DPIA — have received targeted usability refinements.

Improvements

  • Scrollbars (all screens): Scrollbars now follow a consistent visual style across the entire application, providing a more uniform and professional appearance.
  • Form layouts (general): Horizontal alignment within detail and creation forms has been corrected and standardised, making forms easier to read and fill in.
  • Assessments: The "Manage Access" option has been removed from the Assessment view where it was not applicable. The workload "Estimated Time" field no longer shows a misleading hours label, and the "Estimated Cost" field now displays the currency symbol directly in the placeholder for clarity. Additionally, Assessments now record who sent a notification and when it was sent, making it easier to track communication history.
  • DPIA – Risk Scenario: The type tag displayed on Risk Scenario entries in the DPIA now correctly reflects the scenario type.
  • DPIA – Balancing of Interests: Layout and content corrections have been applied to the Balancing of Interests section.
  • Navigation menu: Status indicators in the side menu are now correctly cleared when switching between menu items, preventing stale highlights from appearing.
  • Dropdown selects: Hover styles in dropdown select fields have been updated for a clearer and more responsive feel.
