The new Reporting area lets you create and download structured compliance reports. Several supporting improvements round out the release.

What's new

International Standards module

A dedicated International Standards section is now available in the navigation menu. Within this module you can:

  • Browse the controls and requirements of a recognised international standard.
  • Record the implementation status of each control using a standardised dropdown (e.g. implemented, partially implemented, not implemented).
  • Add comments and link supporting documentation directly to individual controls.
  • View a dashboard summarising your organisation's overall conformity status at a glance.

This module connects to your existing TOMs (Technical and Organisational Measures) and risk scenarios, giving you a joined-up view of how your security and privacy controls relate to external standards.

Reporting module

A new Reporting section is now accessible from the main menu. It provides two report types:

  • Compliance Report – generates a structured overview of your compliance posture, drawing on data from the International Standards module and other areas of the system.
  • Individual Report – creates a targeted report scoped to a specific area or record set.

Once a report has been generated it appears in a report list where it can be downloaded. A status indicator shows the progress of report generation so you always know when a report is ready.

Improvements

  • Navigation menu – new entries for International Standards and Reporting are now present in the main sidebar.
  • Linked tables – the linked-objects table used across multiple modules (assets, TOMs, risk scenarios, etc.) has been updated to support the additional object types introduced in this release.
  • Create menu – the global "create" shortcut menu has been extended with entries for the new report types.
  • Translations – German, English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese translations have been added for all new screens and labels.
