Release 90 brings a redesigned ROPA Risk dashboard with target risk management, a new sort toggle, and several usability improvements to the Process Risk Model — plus a fix for a duplicate-company data issue.

Overview

This release focuses on significant enhancements to the ROPA Risk area, including a fully redesigned dashboard, the ability to set and track a target risk level for each ROPA entry, and a new sort option. The Process Risk Model screen also receives target risk support and a direct link to the related model. In addition, a bug causing duplicate company entries for shared users has been resolved.

Target Risk for ROPA entries

You can now assign a Target Risk level directly within a ROPA record (on the General / Edit screen). A dropdown lets you select the desired target, and the difference between the current risk and the target is visualised with a directional arrow indicator, making it easy to see at a glance how far each process is from its goal.

Target Risk for Process Risk Model

The Process Risk Model screen now includes a Target Risk dropdown as well, allowing you to define and track the intended risk level for each process model alongside its current assessment.

Redesigned ROPA Risk Dashboard

The ROPA Risk overview has been fully redesigned. Key improvements include:

A new sort toggle to switch between sorting risks by name or by risk level.

Colour-coded risk identifiers so that risk levels are immediately recognisable.

An improved card and row layout that hides empty action panels when there is no data to display.

A counter showing how many targets have been reached.

Dashboard: improved German word order

The German version of the completion statistics on the Dashboard now uses the grammatically correct word order for "completed" labels. [NG-4763]

ROPA Risk Dashboard — The overall layout has been refined with updated fonts, colours, spacing, and alignment for better readability.

Process Risk Model list — The table now shows connector-type icons for risk categories, and includes a direct link to the associated process risk model.

Risk Settings menu — The "Target Maturity" screen has been removed from the Risk Settings navigation as it is no longer part of the standard workflow.

ROPA General / Edit form — The risk table within the form has been updated to reflect the new target risk fields.

Fixes

Duplicate company entries — A data issue caused certain users shared across multiple companies to see duplicate company records. This has been corrected and affected records have been cleaned up. [NG-4693]
