Overview
This release adds the ability to assign an occurrence likelihood directly to risk scenarios, giving compliance and risk teams a more granular way to assess and document risks. Workflow e-mail templates gain an "Apply All" option so that settings can be rolled out across all fillable fields at once. Several usability improvements round out the release, including better filtering in the Transfer Abroad section and fixes to user management and language handling.

What's new
Risk Occurrence Likelihood [NG-5466]
Risk scenarios now include an Occurrence Likelihood field. You can select a likelihood value from a dedicated dropdown directly within the risk scenario, making it possible to capture how probable a risk event is — independently of its potential damage rating. Default values are pre-populated automatically for existing records.
"Apply All" for Workflow E-mail Templates [NG-5531]
When editing a workflow e-mail template, a new Apply All button lets you apply a setting (such as a layout choice) to every fillable field in the template at once, saving repetitive manual steps.
Layout Support for E-mail Templates [NG-5531]
Workflow e-mail templates now support a Layout property. You can choose and preview a layout for your outgoing workflow notifications, giving you more control over the visual structure of automated e-mails.
Risk Occurrence Likelihood as a Tag Type [NG-5548]
The compliance settings Tags section now includes a dedicated tag type for Risk Occurrence Likelihood. You can create, edit, and link these tags to risk records, and filter or remove them just like any other tag type.
Improvements
- Transfer Abroad — company scope: The Transfer Abroad view now correctly limits results to the currently selected company.
- Workflow filters — OR / NOT logic [NG-5467]: Workflow filtering now supports OR and NOT conditions in addition to the existing AND logic, enabling more precise workflow targeting.
- Risk scenario form: The general creation form for risk scenarios has been updated to reflect the new occurrence likelihood field and improved layout.
- User management: The user list now correctly resolves meeting activity roles, and deleted records are excluded from paginated results to keep lists clean.
- Company language handling: The default language setting at company level is now applied reliably — users will see the correct language on login without needing to adjust their profile manually [NG-5508].
- Tags — unlink flow: The unlink dialog for tags has been updated for consistency with the rest of the compliance settings area.
Fixes
- User meetings [NG-4939]: Fixed an issue where user meeting assignments were not resolving correctly.
- Workflow import/export: Resolved a problem that could cause workflows to behave incorrectly after being imported or exported.
- 2FA status display: Minor corrections to how two-factor authentication status is shown in the user management table.
- Pagination — deleted records [NG-5539]: Deleted records were occasionally surfacing in paginated lists; they are now reliably excluded.
