Overview

This release improves the way risk scores are calculated and displayed within ROPA records, adds better handling of vendor representatives, and enhances the document list in ROPA. A new screen-resolution warning guides users working on smaller displays, and several bugs in assessments, search, and data collection points have been fixed.

Screen-resolution warning for small displays [NG-4711]

Users who open the application on a screen narrower than 1 024 pixels now see a clear message letting them know that the application is optimised for larger displays. This helps avoid layout issues on mobile devices or very small browser windows.

Document list in ROPA [NG-4489]

ROPA records now include a dedicated document list section, making it easier to find and manage all documents attached to a processing activity in one place.

Risk recalculation for ROPA [NG-4626]

The risk calculation logic within ROPA has been updated and recalibrated. Risk scores for existing records are automatically brought in line with the revised calculation method.

Improvements

Vendor representatives – Representatives can now be displayed even when no address has been entered, removing a previous blocker for incomplete vendor records. [NG-4200]

Data Collection Points – tag field – The field previously labelled "Classification" has been renamed to "Type" throughout Data Collection Points, making the terminology consistent with the rest of the application. [NG-4050]

ROPA – controllers – The general detail view of ROPA records now correctly reflects controller information, and vendor controllers are updated as part of the ROPA save process. [NG-4475]

Conditional document types – Documents can now be shown or hidden based on configurable conditions, giving administrators more control over which document types appear in context. [NG-4666]

Save button behaviour – The save button no longer stays in a loading state after a save action completes, providing clearer feedback to users.

Fixes

Search – no results error [NG-4147] – Performing a search that returns no matches no longer causes an error; a proper "no results" message is shown instead.

ROPA – assessments bug [NG-4584] – A bug that caused incorrect behaviour when opening or editing assessments linked to a ROPA record has been resolved.

ROPA – "no processes" message – The message shown when there are no processes to display in ROPA now appears correctly in all scenarios.

Asset – risk scenario creation [NG-4422] – Several bugs when creating a risk scenario directly from an asset record have been fixed.

Infinite loading [NG-4145] – A situation where certain screens would load indefinitely has been resolved; a Super Admin option is now surfaced correctly to prevent the issue.

Active Directory sync [NG-4678] – A job that should not run during Active Directory synchronisation was incorrectly being triggered; this has been corrected.
