Overview

This release adds the ability to assign and manage tags directly on Organisational Units, with those tags automatically propagating to associated records. Administrators gain new controls over password-reset link behaviour and password complexity requirements. Additionally, a number of smaller improvements and fixes tighten up everyday workflows across the platform.

What's new

Organisational Unit Tags [NG-3499]

Organisational Units can now carry their own tags. When a tag is created for an Organisational Unit, it is automatically applied to every record that belongs to that unit. These tags are visible in a dedicated column in list views and can be managed from a new tag-management view inside the Organisational Units settings. Tags inherited from an Organisational Unit are clearly marked and cannot be edited directly on the child record.

Configurable Password-Reset Settings [NG-3388]

Administrators can now fine-tune the password-reset experience from the IT Settings area:

• Minimum password length – set a custom minimum character count (default: 12).

• Minimum digit requirement – require at least one numeric digit in every password.

• Link expiry time – define how long (in minutes) a password-reset link remains valid. The reset email sent to users reflects this duration dynamically.

• Password requirements are displayed clearly during the reset flow so users know exactly what is expected.

Improvements

• Tags – list view: A new Tags column is now shown in object list views, giving a quick overview of which tags are assigned to each record.

• Tasks – linked items: Duplicate entries are now prevented when linking items to a task, keeping task relationships clean.

• TOMs – "Link all relevant TOMs": A new Select All Relevant TOMs button lets users link every applicable Technical and Organisational Measure to a record in a single click [NG-3502].

• Workflows – import/export: Workflow configurations can now be exported and re-imported, making it easier to replicate setups across environments.

• IT Settings – General: The password-reset time field now works in minutes for consistency and clarity.

• Organisational Unit selector: The component now correctly reflects the current organisational unit when editing an existing record.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that could cause a blank screen when rendering classification fields with multiple columns [NG-3733].

• Fixed a bug where linked elements could not be removed from a task [NG-3733].

• Resolved a problem where the Organisational Unit name was not displayed correctly in certain views [NG-3646].

• Fixed a null-value error that could appear on the main dashboard screen.
