Overview

This release focuses on stabilising and improving several core areas of the platform: the Assessment Builder workflow, ROPA data entry, vendor transfer management, and the filter/search experience. A number of permission-handling and translation issues have also been resolved.

Improvements

• Assessment Builder: The maturity scoring and the "Reopen" action in the Assessment Builder now work correctly. The overall flow through the builder has been stabilised and made more consistent.

• Vendor Transfers: The legal basis handling for vendor transfers has been improved. Duplicate records are now prevented when adding transfers, and linked data is updated correctly when parent records change.

• Filters & Search: Filtering by company is now supported across list views that use infinite scroll, including aggregated data. The filter experience is more reliable and consistent throughout the application.

• Translations: Multiple translation gaps across various screens and languages have been addressed. The platform now handles multi-language content more robustly.

• ROPA – AI Feedback: The feedback mechanism in the ROPA AI-assist area has been updated with improved button and indicator visibility.

• Compliance Settings – Notifications: The Notifications page no longer relies on a shared application state for loading, making it more stable and predictable.

• Risk Scenarios: The Risk Scenarios page loading has been improved for greater reliability.

• Assets: Infinite scroll and permission checks on the Asset list page have been fixed and improved.

• Session handling: Token session management has been updated for this release cycle, improving stability during longer working sessions.

• Subtitle alignment: A misalignment issue affecting subtitles in certain screens has been corrected [NG-1056].

• [NG-868] Several bugs in the Assessment area, including validation and permission checks, have been resolved.

• [NG-911] Bugs in the industry dropdown within the AI-related area have been fixed.

• [NG-924] Duplicate tags appearing in the justification section of ROPA have been removed.

• [NG-949] A bug affecting the base select component has been fixed.

• [NG-988] Login flow improvements: users are now logged out automatically when resetting their password, and error responses include clearer feedback codes.

• [NG-1038] Incorrect legal basis data being saved in vendor transfers has been corrected.

• [NG-1068] Unlinking vendor transfers now works as expected.

• [NG-784] Dashboard view bugs, including issues with task and data verification, have been resolved.

• [NG-991] Various translation inconsistencies across the interface have been fixed.

• A bug causing an undefined variable in the filter component has been fixed.

• Table alignment issues affecting several list views have been corrected.
