New Features

  • Task Monitor dashboard
    • Description: The stats displayed in the Task Monitor dashboard now consider the responsible person. Employees only see their own tasks, while users with permission to see all tasks are given a comprehensive overview.
    • How to Access: You can always access the dashboard via the Priverion logo.
  • New ROPA Filter
    • Description: A new filter has been added for the ROPA, allowing users to filter audiences.
    • How to Access: Search for the corresponding filter within your ROPA's search bar.
  • Multi-manage Access Functionality
    • Description: Introduced multi-manage access functionality, enabling users to select records and modify audience and user permissions using a new key icon. Note: Existing manage access configurations will be overwritten. Leaving the field empty will remove all manage access configurations for the selected records.
    • How to Access: Select the checkboxes of the corresponding elements. A black bar with a key icon will appear in the top right corner. Click on the key and choose audiences or individual users.
  • Relevant Risk Scenarios
    • Description: Risk scenarios can now be directly added to the TOMs. Relevant TOMs are then suggested when adding risk scenarios to assets or asset groups.
    • How to Access: Choose a TOM and navigate to the Relevant Risk Scenario Tab

Improvements

  • Enhanced Restriction for Resolved Incidents & Breaches
    • Editing or linking elements to Incidents & Breaches is now restricted when the status is resolved.
  • User Access Restriction for Azure Users in IT Settings
