Overview
This release brings a brand-new Workflow management area where users can view and manage workflows and workflow templates directly within the DPMS. The AI assistant has been substantially upgraded with multilingual support, improved animations, and clearer warning messages when information is incomplete. Several improvements have also been made to the ROPA record form and Risk Scenarios.

What's new
Workflow Management [FE-81, FE-91, FE-93]
A new Workflow section is now available in the navigation menu. From here you can:
- Browse and manage active workflows.
- Browse and manage workflow templates.
This initial release of the Workflow module lays the foundation for automating compliance-related processes directly within the DPMS.
AI Assistant – Multilingual Responses [NG-112]
The AI assistant now responds in the same language you are working in. Previously, responses were always returned in a fixed language regardless of your interface language setting.
AI Assistant – Typing Animation [NG-417]
AI-generated content now appears with a typing animation, making it clearer that content is being generated in real time and improving the overall experience.
AI Assistant – Missing Information Warning [NG-415]
When the AI assistant cannot generate a complete suggestion due to insufficient information in the record, it now displays a clear warning message indicating what is missing, rather than returning an empty or incomplete result silently.
Improvements
- ROPA – General form: The layout and field handling of the ROPA general information screen have been improved for a more consistent editing experience, including better handling of linked elements such as assets and risk scenarios.
- ROPA – Risk Scenarios: Risk scenario content is now validated and cleaned before saving, preventing formatting artefacts from being stored in records.
- AI Button: The AI trigger button has been redesigned with updated styling and interaction states, making it easier to identify when the AI is active or processing.
- Tags: Saving multiple tags at once is now handled more reliably, reducing the chance of errors when applying bulk tag changes.
- Text fields: Text area inputs across the application have received layout and behaviour refinements for a smoother editing experience.
- External Recipients – International Transfers: A display issue with international transfer information in the External Recipients section has been resolved, and the field now saves correctly.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where saving a ROPA record could fail under certain conditions.
- Fixed incorrect display of the full AI response in the assistant panel.
- Fixed the opacity state of the AI action button so it correctly reflects active and inactive states.
