Overview

This release delivers a comprehensive overhaul of the Assessment response and evaluation experience, introducing a redesigned side navigation, improved handling of previous answers, and a new comments section. An individual reporting feature is now available in the Reporting area, and Azure Active Directory role mapping has been substantially improved. Numerous translation corrections, layout fixes, and usability improvements round out the release.

Redesigned Assessment answering interface

The screen where recipients answer questionnaires has been rebuilt from the ground up. Key changes include:

• A collapsible side navigation menu listing all questions, allowing you to jump directly to any question. The menu displays a completion indicator next to each question so you can see your progress at a glance.

• A dedicated Comments section within each question, making it easier to add context or explanations alongside your answer.

• A Previous Answers panel showing the history of earlier responses to each question, including the date of the latest entry.

• Maturity information is now accessible via an icon on each question; clicking it reveals the full maturity detail inline.

• Uploaded evidence filenames that are too long are now automatically shortened with "…" so they do not overflow the layout.

• The Save and Resubmit All buttons now display a loading animation while your submission is being processed, preventing accidental double-clicks.

• A Back to Reviewer Panel button has been added so reviewers can return to the overview without navigating manually.

• Assessments and their evaluation screens can now be opened in a new browser tab.

Individual Report creation [NG-4068]

A new Individual Report workflow is available under Reporting. You can now select specific elements (e.g. ROPA entries, assets, vendors) and generate a tailored report for those items, in addition to the existing compliance report.

Filter & Search [NG-4103]

A new platform-wide Filter & Search component has been introduced. It allows you to filter lists by responsible person, status, timeframe, and other criteria, with selected filters displayed as removable tags. This replaces the previous search bar in affected views.

Azure Active Directory – Role Mapping improvements [NG-4462]

The Azure AD role mapping screen has been redesigned for clarity. Error and status messages displayed when connecting or verifying Azure credentials have been updated to be more descriptive and actionable.

Improvements

• ROPA – Personal Data tags [NG-4442]: Personal Data entries in ROPA can now be linked to additional data tags, giving you finer control over categorisation.

• ROPA – Translations and casing [NG-4122]: Several labels in the ROPA module that were incorrectly capitalised or mistranslated have been corrected across all supported languages.

• Tasks – Due Date / Deadline field [NG-4154]: The deadline field in Task records has been revised to display and save dates more reliably.

• Vendor Management – Casing corrections [NG-4198]: Labels such as "Criticality" and "Legal Basis for Transfer" in Vendor Management now use consistent capitalisation in all languages.

• Assessment template editor: The question settings, restrictions, and condition panels have been tidied up, with clearer labels and consistent spacing.

• Dashboard: Cards for Assessments, Vendors, Tasks, ROPA Risk, and Risk Targets have been visually refreshed with improved layout and typography.

• Time Log: The time-tracking widget has been resized and its toggle (show/hide) made more compact, with clearer labels.

• Single-select dropdowns: A "clear" option has been added to single-select fields, allowing you to remove a previously chosen value without having to re-open the record.

• Translations: Missing or incorrect translations have been added and corrected across Czech, Danish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish, Spanish, German, and English.

Fixes

• Assessment review – question numbering [NG-4261]: Text in question cards no longer overlaps or has incorrect margins when question text is long.

• Assessment – link to standard [NG-4380]: The link to the associated standard inside an assessment question now works correctly and includes a close (×) button to dismiss it.

• Assessment – previous answers display [NG-4457]: Previous answers are now shown in the correct order and with accurate timestamps, accounting for the user's timezone.

• Assessment – feedback design fixes [NG-4396 / NG-4399]: Several visual inconsistencies in the reviewer feedback interface (button sizes, spacing, colour) have been resolved.

• Assessment – slider direction [NG-4337]: The maturity slider now moves in the correct left-to-right direction.

• Assessment – email on resubmission [NG-4411]: A notification email is now correctly sent to reviewers when a respondent resubmits answers.

• User Management – a bug that prevented certain user role assignments from being saved has been fixed.

• Hidden menu item order: The question counter and question title in the side menu were displayed in the wrong order; this has been corrected.
