What's new

Sharing for DPIAs and Meetings/Activities [NG-874]

DPIAs and Meetings/Activities can now be shared with other users or organisational units directly from within the record. This brings these object types in line with the sharing functionality already available elsewhere in the system.

Improvements

• ROPA – AI assistant: The AI field search has been improved to more accurately find and match attributes, including the applicable laws field and record identifiers. This makes AI-assisted record completion more reliable and reduces the chance of missing or mismatched suggestions.

• ROPA – AI assistant: A race condition that could cause new records to be generated incorrectly has been resolved, and the AI generation button now triggers automatically as intended.

Fixes

• Risk Scenarios: Fixed an issue where risk scenarios were not being saved correctly when a scenario had already been registered previously. [NG-374]
