Overview
This release brings several significant additions for compliance teams: a brand-new onboarding wizard helps new users get started quickly, AI support has been extended to risk scenarios, and administrators can now manage third-party integrations directly from IT Settings. A number of usability improvements and bug fixes round out the release.

What's new
Onboarding Wizard [NG-2035]
A dedicated onboarding screen is now available for new users. The wizard walks through up to eight guided sections covering core DPMS areas (including TOMs, sharing, and assessments), adapts its content based on your assigned role, and provides quick-link shortcuts to relevant screens. Users with screens smaller than 1 280 px are redirected to the dashboard automatically. The step covering company sharing is hidden when only one company exists in the system.
AI-Assisted Risk Scenario Generation
The AI engine can now generate and populate data for risk scenarios, extending the existing AI support beyond ROPA entries. Results are applied automatically once the AI job completes.
External Integrations Settings [NG-2075]
A new External Integrations section has been added under IT Settings. Administrators can view, enable, or disable supported third-party integrations from a dedicated screen without requiring developer intervention.
Consulting-Company Dropdown [NG-1125]
A company selector is now available on the company edit screen, allowing administrators to designate other companies as consulting companies directly from the UI. The associated dropdown label has been updated to Consulting Companies throughout the application.
Improvements
- Asset risk threshold display — The risk slider and threshold screen now adapt their width and label layout based on the active interface language and screen resolution (tested at 1 280 and 1 366 px widths), preventing text overflow that occurred in non-English languages. [NG-1884]
- Onboarding step 3 — Users can now create TOMs directly within step 3 of the onboarding wizard without leaving the flow.
- AI icon and switchers — The AI icon has been updated and the size of the AI feature switchers has been reduced for a cleaner appearance. [NG-2380]
- Task start and deadline dates — Start date and deadline fields on tasks now accept null/empty values, giving more flexibility when dates are not yet known.
- Tag conflict error message — When two users attempt to edit the same tag simultaneously, the error message now clearly communicates the conflict. [NG-604]
- Onboarding language support — The onboarding wizard is now fully translated and correctly displays content in the user's selected interface language. [NG-2437]
- IT Settings layout — The sub-item design within IT Settings has been reorganised for improved readability.
Fixes
- [NG-2381] Resolved issues with Active Directory role mapping that prevented correct synchronisation in certain configurations.
- [NG-2395] Fixed several display and data issues in the Asset Groups area.
- [NG-604] Corrected last-update UUID validation on tags to prevent false conflict errors when saving.
- [NG-2420] Resolved an issue where an empty string value was not handled correctly in a shared field, causing unexpected behaviour on save.
- [NG-1421] Fixed an Azure AD check that could produce incorrect validation results.
