Overview

What's new

Country question type in Assessment Templates

Assessment templates now support a dedicated Country question type. When building a questionnaire, you can add a question that prompts respondents to select one or more countries from a standardised list. Country answers can be used in branching logic (conditions) just like other question types, so you can show or hide follow-up questions based on the country a respondent selects.

Country Groups for Tags [NG-6243]

Tags in Compliance Settings → Tags can now be defined as a Country Group. A Country Group tag lets you bundle a set of countries under a single label, which can then be referenced in assessment conditions and restrictions. This makes it straightforward to apply different assessment paths depending on whether a respondent's selected country falls within a defined group (e.g. EU member states, EEA countries, or any custom grouping your organisation requires).

Improvements

  • Assessment Templates – question conditions: The condition editor now correctly handles Country question types, so country-based branching rules can be set up alongside existing condition options.
  • Assessment Templates – question restrictions: The restrictions panel has been expanded to support the new Country question type, giving template authors control over which countries are selectable for a given question.
  • Assessment response view: The response detail view now displays answers to Country questions, as well as showing available actions and the option to reopen a submitted response, so reviewers have a complete picture without leaving the page.
  • Hidden questions excluded from results: The answer-evaluation logic has been updated so that questions hidden by branching conditions are no longer included in the calculated result or risk score — only questions actually presented to the respondent are counted.
  • Current question highlight: The active question is now visually highlighted during questionnaire completion, making it easier for respondents to track their position.

Fixes

  • Organisational unit – Priverion field [NG-6242]: Corrected an issue where the Priverion-managed field on organisational units was not saving or displaying correctly.
  • Country selection check [NG-6246]: Fixed an incorrect validation that was triggered when selecting a country answer, which could prevent valid selections from being accepted.
  • Risk evaluation z-index: Resolved a display issue where the risk evaluation panel appeared behind other UI elements.
