What's new

"Not Decided" status in Treatment Plans

A new "Not Decided" status option is now available within Treatment Plans, giving users more flexibility when recording decisions on risk treatment actions. [NG-1657]

Outside / External Reviews for Assessments

Assessments can now be sent to and reviewed by external recipients outside the organisation, extending the reach of your assessment workflows. [NG-1431]

Deadlines and Urgency initialised for new companies

When a new company is set up in the system, deadlines and urgency settings are now automatically initialised, reducing the manual configuration effort for new tenants. [NG-1846]

Improvements

• Risk & Opportunity Console (ROC) — table layout: Overflow issues in risk monitor and risk target category columns have been resolved; category labels now display correctly in the language selected by the user. [NG-1831]

• Risk & Opportunity Console (ROC) — TOMs cost display: Text overflow in the cost field of TOM cards is now handled properly, preventing truncated or misaligned values. [NG-1509]

• Treatment Plan — TOM cards: Translations for the "NOT SET" label and other TOM card texts are now shown correctly on treatment plan cards in all supported languages.

• Treatment Plan — ignored TOMs: Users can now save a Treatment Plan that contains ignored TOMs without encountering an error. [NG-1589]

• Assessment templates — translatable questions: Questions within assessment templates now respect the language selected for the assessment, ensuring respondents see content in the correct language. [NG-1806, NG-1838]

• Assessment frontend — language handling: The assessment questionnaire shown to respondents now uses the language configured for that specific assessment, including category labels and question text.

• Assets — redirect after save: After saving an asset, users are now correctly redirected back to the previous page rather than to an unexpected location. [NG-1851]

• Assets — risk score display: Assets with a score of zero are now displayed correctly instead of showing a blank or missing score. [NG-1845]

• Assets — adding TOMs: It is now possible to add TOMs to assets without errors. [NG-1844]

• DPIA — linked assets redirect: Navigating to linked assets from within a DPIA now redirects correctly. [NG-1851]

• Data Collection Points — assessments: The linked assessments section within Data Collection Points now loads and behaves correctly.

• External recipients — validation: Email addresses entered for external recipients are now validated before submission, and a clear error message is shown when an invalid or missing address is provided.

• Password reset: The password reset flow has been refactored for improved reliability. [NG-1833]

• International standards: The list of international standards has been updated based on the latest reference data, and a duplicate attribute has been removed. [NG-1815]

Fixes

• [NG-1589] Ignored TOMs could not be saved when included in a Treatment Plan — now resolved.

• [NG-1695] Asset group Treatment Plan score was missing when reloading the page — now resolved.

• [NG-1657] Risk scenario TOMs were not updated correctly for active Treatment Plans — now resolved.

• [NG-1847] Documents appearing as "not linked" incorrectly — now resolved.

• [NG-1863 / NG-1864] Additional stability fixes applied across the platform.

• ROC — Firefox layout: Missing table borders in the ROC table are now rendered correctly in Firefox.

• Treatment Plan — edit deadline: Editing a deadline within a Treatment Plan now works as expected; treatment options are also correctly hidden for already-mitigated scenarios.

• TOMs comments: Editing comments on TOMs no longer causes errors.
