What's new
JSON Download for TOMs [NG-1204]
You can now download your Technical and Organisational Measures (TOMs) as a JSON file. This option appears alongside the existing export formats in the TOMs section and makes it easier to exchange TOM data with other systems.
Show/Hide Description for Answer Options [NG-1118]
In the Assessment Builder, answer options that have a description now display a dedicated button to expand or collapse that description. If no description exists, no button is shown, keeping the interface clean.
Improvements
- Export file names — Downloaded files (Excel and other export types) now carry meaningful, human-readable names that reflect the content and the user's language, making it much easier to identify files after downloading. [NG-1156]
- Automatic translation for answer-option descriptions — When editing answer options in the Assessment Builder, a translation helper component is now available directly on the description field, streamlining multilingual questionnaire creation.
- Unlink shared elements — The option to unlink shared elements is now visible in the relevant action menu, giving you direct access to manage sharing relationships without extra navigation. [NG-1474]
Fixes
- Assessment progress bar — The progress bar for assessments that use more than one template was calculated incorrectly and is now fixed. [NG-1432]
- Subtags not translated in Assessment Builder — Subtags in the Assessment Builder were displayed in the default language regardless of the user's language setting; they are now shown in the correct language. [NG-1361]
- Response-option language not updating — Changing the interface language did not update the displayed language of response options; this has been corrected.
- UTF-8 characters in file names — Special characters (accents, umlauts, etc.) in export file names were handled incorrectly and could cause download errors; this is now resolved. [NG-1156]
- Document upload error — An internal error that could occur when uploading documents has been fixed. [NG-1425]
