Document list for onboarding

Are you ready to start with the Priverion Platform and already have some documentation related to data protection, privacy, or Infosec? No problem, please upload all your documents under Documents & Policies and classify them as onboarding. Afterward, just write into our chat widget that you have uploaded some onboarding information, and we will take care of the rest.

Here is a list of documentation you might already have. If not, that is totally fine.

• Record of Processing Activities (Excel, Word)
• Policies (BYOD Policy, IT Security Policy, Home Office Policy, IT Use Policy, etc.)
• Agreements (DPA/Data Processing Agreements, NDAs/Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc.)
• Vendor List (Excel, Word)
• List of your Assets/Software/Hardware (Excel, Word)
• Org Chart/Structure (for creating the departments/business units)
• International Standards which you conform with (Statement of Applicability for ISO27001 etc.)
