Overview

This release introduces several improvements to the review and assessment workflows, including expanded comment handling during ROPA reviews and refined filtering of assessment questions. OAuth Authentication Support

The platform now supports OAuth as an additional authentication method, giving organisations more flexibility in how users sign in securely.

Outside Reviews Allowed

It is now possible to invite reviewers from outside your organisation to participate in reviews, broadening collaboration options for ROPA and assessment workflows.

Improvements

ROPA Review – Comments: Comments are now available for all questions during the review process. Previously, commenting was restricted to a subset of questions.

ROPA Review – Comment Visibility: Comments are only displayed when commenting is permitted or when existing comments are present, keeping the interface clean and focused.

Assessment Builder – Question Filtering: Result-type questions are now correctly excluded from menu filter items, preventing confusion when navigating assessment structures.

User Management: Minor updates to how user roles are assigned and total member counts are tracked, improving accuracy in the user management screens.

Authentication – Error Messaging: A clearer error message is now shown when a signature-related authentication issue occurs.

Fixes

[NG-3678] – Corrected an issue where certain risk scenario relations (TOMs) were not being saved correctly in the risk module.

[NG-3733] – Fixed the unlink functionality for tasks, ensuring elements can be properly detached from their linked records.

[NG-3653] – Removed legacy SAML2 service-provider URLs that were no longer in use, tidying up the authentication configuration.
