Overview

This release delivers targeted improvements to the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) module. It introduces a clearer presentation of applicable regulations in the external recipients view, adjusts table layouts for better readability, and resolves a number of visual and functional issues across the ROPA and Risk Scenario areas.

Improvements

  • External Recipients – Complies With: Applicable regulations are now displayed as individual entries in the "Complies With" column for external recipients, making it easier to review each regulation at a glance.
  • Applicable Regulations table: The table has been resized and the colour styling updated for improved readability and visual consistency.
  • ROPA – Applicable Regulations shortcut: A shortcut to applicable regulations is now shown directly within the relevant ROPA view, reducing the number of steps needed to access this information.
  • Notification icon: Minor positional adjustment to the notification icon for a more consistent header appearance.

Fixes

  • Risk Scenario: Resolved an issue where risk scenario data was not displayed or handled correctly in certain situations.
  • Organisational Risk: Actions and icons that are not yet available have been disabled to prevent accidental interaction and avoid confusion.
  • Trailing actions (context menus): Removed an unintended alert that appeared when accessing trailing options across several ROPA-related tables.
