Overview
This release focuses primarily on the Assessment area, introducing vendor-facing assessment flows, a resubmit capability for respondents, and new options for controlling how results are presented. Several usability improvements have also been made to custom dashboard widgets, document uploads, and the SCIM external-group role-mapping screen.

What's new
Vendor Assessments
A dedicated vendor assessment flow has been introduced. Assessments can now be sent to external vendor contacts, who are presented with a tailored welcome screen showing relevant vendor information. This enables organisations to conduct third-party due-diligence assessments directly within the platform.
Assessment Resubmit
Respondents can now resubmit a completed assessment. A resubmit button is available to allow corrections or updates after an initial submission, reducing the need for manual workarounds.
Configurable Total-Score Display [NG-3776]
Assessment templates now include a toggle that controls whether the total score is shown to respondents on the results screen. Template authors can switch this on or off per template.
Workflow Integration for Assessments [NG-3685]
A dedicated Workflow tab has been added to the assessment area, making it possible to trigger and manage workflows directly from an assessment record.
Custom Widget Enhancements [NG-2812]
Dashboard widgets now support:
- A custom background colour or image
- A custom icon
- A text colour picker, so widget labels can be styled to match your organisation's branding
Workflows-Triggering Select
A new selector component allows users to link specific workflows to records directly from within forms, streamlining the process of triggering automated processes.
SCIM External Groups: Delete Action [NG-3610]
Super administrators can now delete external SCIM groups directly from the Groups screen. A delete action button has been added to the group list, with appropriate permission checks to restrict access to super admins only.
Improvements
- Assessment welcome screen — The welcome screen now conditionally displays the audience name and vendor-specific data, giving external respondents clearer context before they begin.
- Assessment results screen — A description text area is now shown on the results screen, allowing template authors to add explanatory text alongside the score.
- Assessment notifications — Notification handling has been improved for assessment templates, including validation to ensure templates are complete before sending.
- Assessment response layout — Padding, spacing, and component layout in the response editing view have been refined for a cleaner experience.
- File uploads (document creation) — Empty-file validation has been added; users now receive a clear error message if they attempt to upload a file with no content. Error states during upload are also surfaced via toast notifications rather than silent failures.
- Table navigation — Clicking rows in list views (including risk, priority, location, and custom columns) now correctly navigates to the record detail, improving keyboard and mouse navigation consistency.
- SCIM Role Mapping edit screen — The edit screen now loads existing external-group assignments on open and displays a loading indicator while data is being fetched.
- Groups management — The Groups list now shows action buttons for applicable users, and role assignments are updated automatically when a group is deleted.
Fixes
- Assessment dropdown — Fixed an issue where a dropdown in the assessment area was not rendering correctly. [NG-3534]
- Questions Awaiting Answers component — Resolved a display issue in the dashboard component that lists questions pending a response. [NG-3697]
- Assessment style errors — Corrected visual design inconsistencies in the assessment interface. [NG-3689]
- Date formatting — Fixed an inconsistent date format (dot-separated) displayed in assessment responses.
- Cell URL navigation — Prevented unintended page navigation when an edit icon is present in a table header cell.
- File size validation — Improved the error message shown when a file exceeds the permitted upload size.
