Release 10 introduces two major new modules — Meetings & Activities and Projects — alongside a redesigned Assessment experience, expanded linked-element support across all modules, and a new Forgot Password flow.

Overview

This release brings two entirely new areas to the platform: Meetings & Activities and Projects. Assessments have been significantly enhanced with richer recipient management, question history, linked TOMs, and a thank-you screen for external respondents. Linked-element support has been extended to ROPA, Retentions & Deletions, DPIA, Documents & Policies, and Vendor records. A Forgot Password flow is now available on the login screen.

Meetings & Activities module

A dedicated Meetings & Activities section is now available in the main navigation. Users can create, view, and manage meeting and activity records, assign participants, set dates and types, and link related tasks and documents directly from the detail view.

Projects module

A new Projects section has been added to the navigation. Project records support general information, budget and cost tracking (including a dedicated Cost & Impact form), RACI assignment, and links to related assessments and tasks.

Forgot Password flow

Users who have forgotten their password can now request a reset directly from the login screen via a Forgot Password link. A confirmation page and an "invalid / expired link" error page are included, and the user is redirected to login upon successful reset.

Retentions & Deletions — Database creation

A new Database entry point has been added to the Retentions & Deletions creation menu, allowing records to be created directly from a connected database source.

Assessment enhancements

Question history: respondents and administrators can now view the change history for individual questions.

Linked TOMs: technical and organisational measures can be linked to an assessment directly from the assessment form [NG-3066].

Thank-you screen: external respondents see a dedicated confirmation screen after submitting an assessment.

Template names are now displayed in the assessment index table, making it easier to distinguish between assessments [NG-3039].

Number question type: assessment templates now support numeric answer fields [NG-3047 / feature].

Multiple standards per question: a single template question can now be mapped to more than one compliance standard [NG-3048].

Assessment status summary: a progress indicator shows how many responses are still outstanding [NG-3038].

Attempting to access a submitted assessment link that is no longer valid now shows a clear "Link no longer valid" error page instead of a blank screen.

Filerskeeper integration

The Filerskeeper settings screen now allows administrators to select applicable jurisdictions and configure credentials, with instant feedback on connection errors.

Improvements

Assessment Recipients: the recipients list has been redesigned with an improved table and the ability to add new e-mail addresses directly inline [NG-3040].

Assessment Notifications: the notifications configuration panel has been simplified and no longer shows redundant success toasts [NG-3040].

Linked elements — universal: linked tasks, assessments, assets, and documents can now be attached to records in ROPA, DPIA, Retentions & Deletions, Documents & Policies, and Meetings & Activities from their respective detail views.

Vendor: tasks are now correctly linked when added from the Vendor detail screen [NG-3020].

Navigation tabs: unnecessary tabs have been removed from several detail screens, reducing visual clutter [NG-3145].

DPIA status labels: incorrect status labels on DPIA records have been corrected [NG-2863].

Organisational Units (Azure / Active Directory settings): the table now displays the correct columns and data [NG-2908].

Question drag-and-drop: questions within an assessment template section can now be reordered via drag and drop; the system correctly prevents invalid reorder operations when only one question is present in a section [NG-3047].

Success notifications: redundant "saved successfully" pop-ups have been removed across multiple screens to reduce noise [NG-3143].

Maturity & TOM save: saving maturity levels and TOMs on risk scenarios now works reliably [NG-3015].

Auto-translate: a bug that caused automatic translation to fail in certain situations has been fixed.

Fixes

[NG-3020] Tasks added inside a Vendor record were not being linked correctly — this is now resolved.

[NG-2988] It was previously possible to create a new user with an e-mail address already registered in the system; this is now blocked with a clear validation message.

[NG-3105] The application now handles expired or unauthorised sessions gracefully, redirecting to the login page instead of showing an unhandled error.

[NG-2996] Date picker dropdowns did not close after selecting a day — this is now fixed.

[NG-3060] A validation rule that was incorrectly blocking record saves has been removed.

[NG-3007] Improvements to the Risk Scenario detail screen resolve display issues that appeared after an update.

[NG-3082] Assessment retention handling corrected.

Assessment table display bug causing incorrect row rendering has been fixed.
