Overview

This release introduces enhancements to the Workflow module — including new status and manual-review options — and adds a dedicated RASCI detail view within Tasks. RASCI Detail View in Tasks [NG-4743]

Tasks now include a dedicated RASCI detail panel, giving users a clearer overview of responsibility assignments (Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, Informed) directly within the task detail view.

Manual Review Status for Workflows [NG-5795]

Workflows now support a new "Manual Review" status and corresponding review options. Users can trigger a manual review step as part of a workflow, providing more granular control over approval and review processes.

TOM Status Question Descriptions [NG-5815]

When answering status questions for Technical and Organisational Measures (TOMs), the description of each question is now displayed inline, so users have the full context needed to respond accurately without having to navigate away.

Improvements

Tasks – General screen: The task creation and editing form has been updated with layout and translation refinements for improved usability.

Workflows: The workflow overview component has been extended to accommodate the new manual-review status, with updated visual indicators.

Automation Templates menu: The "Manage Automation Templates" menu item no longer opens in a new browser tab, keeping navigation consistent within the application [NG-5811].

Select Responsible Person: The responsible-person selector has been refreshed for better interaction and display consistency.

Incidents: Resolved an issue that caused errors when working with incident records [NG-5801].

Privacy Risk: Corrected a data issue affecting privacy risk scenarios derived from standards [NG-5783].

Duplicate standards: Removed a duplicate standard entry that could appear in certain configurations.
