Version: 371
Release Date: 01.04.2026 19:00 CET
Overview
Release 371 is one of the largest updates to date. It delivers a brand-new visual Workflow Editor built entirely in React, a redesigned Dashboard v2 with role-based default charts, KPI cards, and tabbed layouts, as well as a powerful bulk-link side action that lets you connect multiple records to linked elements in a single step. Super Admins also gain a dedicated Autotranslations Job page to trigger and monitor automatic translations across all element types.

What's new
Visual Workflow Editor [NG-6537 / NG-6349 / NG-6159]
The Workflow Editor has been completely reimplemented as a React application. Key capabilities include:
- Node canvas – drag, connect, and configure workflow nodes on a visual canvas powered by Litegraph.
- Node highlighting – nodes that contain validation errors are visually highlighted so you can identify and fix issues at a glance.
- Editable workflow name – click the workflow title in the editor header to rename it inline without leaving the editor.
- Status selector – change the workflow status directly from the editor header.
- Notification toggle – enable or disable email notifications for a workflow from the header in one click.
- Trigger button – manually trigger time-based workflows from within the editor.
- Save-state feedback – the Save button reflects the current save state and disables itself while a save is in progress to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Multilanguage node labels – nodes that contain multilanguage content are indicated with a language icon on the canvas.
- Workflow logo – workflows now display their associated logo in the editor header.
- Email-template widget – a dedicated widget for selecting and previewing email templates is available directly on applicable nodes.
Dashboard v2
The dashboard has been significantly extended:
- KPI info cards – a new row of KPI metric tiles at the top of the dashboard shows at-a-glance counts and status summaries for key areas (tasks, incidents, vendors, ROPA entries, and more). Cards can be added or removed via a modal.
- Tabbed dashboard layout – charts are now organised into named tabs. You can create, rename, reorder, and delete tabs to personalise your dashboard layout.
- Expanded chart library – dozens of additional chart types are now available, covering assets, vendors, DPIAs, projects, risk scenarios, tasks, and more.
- Scope filter pills – filter the entire dashboard by organisational unit or other scope dimensions using the new pill-style filter bar.
- Standard filter dropdown – quickly filter charts by a specific standard (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR) from a single dropdown.
- Data-source badge – each chart tile now shows a small badge indicating the data source so you know exactly what is being visualised.
- Dummy/placeholder charts – when a chart has no data yet, a clear placeholder graphic is shown instead of an empty tile.
- Role-based default charts – the dashboard pre-populates with a curated set of charts appropriate for your role when you first open it.
- Cache invalidation on company switch – switching between companies now correctly refreshes all dashboard data.
Autotranslations Job page (Super Admin) [NG-6168]
A new Autotranslations Job page is available under IT Settings for Super Admins. From this page you can:
- View the status of ongoing and completed autotranslation jobs with a live-updating status cell.
- Trigger autotranslation for all elements or for a selected element type using dedicated buttons.
- Monitor when the job was last triggered.
Bulk-link side action [NG-6564 / NG-6596]
A new Bulk Link action has been added to the side action bar on list views. After selecting multiple records you can:
- Link or unlink the selection to any supported related element type (e.g. TOMs, standards, risk scenarios, assets, vendors, tags, and more) in a single operation.
- Choose to append the linked elements to the existing links or replace them entirely.
- Use Select All to include all matching records — not just the current page — in the bulk operation.
Preview drawer
A new slide-in Preview Drawer is available on list views, allowing you to inspect a record's key fields without fully opening the detail page.
Improvements
- Bulk Edit – "Select All" behaviour – selecting all records on a bulk-edit or bulk-risk operation now correctly processes the full result set rather than being limited to the first 50 records.
- Bulk Update TOMs – when bulk-updating implemented TOMs, the new values are now correctly appended to existing entries instead of replacing them.
- Bulk risk scenarios – bulk-setting the current risk and batch-updating risk scenarios no longer times out (504) for large selections.
- Risk scenario list – the "Set Current Risk" action now scrolls to the relevant row after completion for easier orientation.
- Standards on Assets – all standards linked to an asset are now displayed, not just the first page.
- Workflow list – users with the
workflow_createpermission can now save workflows; previously only users with edit permission could do so.
- Workflow cancel button – the workflow cancel action has been refreshed and works consistently across all record types.
- Tags settings page – the tags management screen has been updated for improved consistency.
- Custom statuses – the custom statuses settings screen has been improved.
- Assessment navigation – navigation within the assessment frontend now works correctly for all assessment types.
- IAM / SSO expiration dates – expiration date handling in the SSO components has been corrected.
- Dashboard – vendor classification – vendor classification values no longer display as
[object Object]in dashboard charts.
