What's new
Extended Legal Basis Options
The list of available legal bases in processing records has been expanded to reflect additional GDPR grounds. You will now find the new options in the legal basis selection wherever it appears in the system.
Vendor IT Risk Scoring
A dedicated Vendor IT Risk view now displays a maturity score range and colour-coded cards, giving you a clearer at-a-glance picture of each vendor's risk posture. The vendor detail page also combines the vendor's own applicable laws and regulations with those of the linked processing record, so you see the full regulatory picture in one place. [NG-3502, NG-3666]
TOMs Export / Import
Technical and Organisational Measures (TOMs) can now be exported and imported, making it easier to reuse TOM catalogues across entities or share them with external auditors.
Improvements
- Vendor edit page – Checkmarks on the vendor edit page are now displayed in the correct brand colour (blue) for consistency with the rest of the application.
- Recent Activities feed – Activities are now sorted in descending chronological order (newest first) and the list is capped to a sensible limit, so the dashboard no longer shows stale or excessively long activity histories. [NG-3662]
- Risk Scenarios – Editing an existing risk scenario no longer inadvertently changes its risk rating. [NG-3666 hotfix]
- Asset & DPIA statuses – The "Pending Answer" status has been removed from Assets and DPIAs, reducing confusion about which workflow states are applicable to each object type. [NG-3652]
Fixes
- Recent Activities dates – A calculation error caused incorrect dates to appear in the recent-activities widget; this has been corrected. [NG-3662]
- Tag display – Certain tags were not rendering correctly on records; the display logic has been fixed. [NG-3656]
