Overview
This release introduces a new Asset Type tagging capability, improves the Risk dimension dropdown in ROPA records, and adds external link support in the Retentions & Deletions index. Several smaller usability improvements and fixes are included across assessments, user management, and other areas.

What's new
Asset Type Tags
Assets can now be assigned a dedicated Asset Type tag, making it easier to categorise and filter assets across your inventory. The new tag type is available in the Tags settings and is reflected on both the asset list and the asset detail view.
External Links in Retentions & Deletions
The Retentions & Deletions section now displays external links directly on the index page and in the detail view, allowing you to navigate to referenced sources without leaving the record.
Improvements
- ROPA – Risk dimension: The risk dropdown in ROPA records has been updated with revised values, giving you a more precise set of options when assessing the risk level of a processing activity. [NG-3675]
- Retentions & Deletions – Legal reference: The legal reference field in Retentions & Deletions now supports external links, consistent with the rendering behaviour already available in other modules. [NG-3674]
- Assessments: Minor adjustments to the assessment type label display and the responses view improve readability and consistency.
- User Management: The user creation form and Active Directory roles mapping screen have been refined to handle user data more reliably.
- Tags settings: Tag configuration now correctly distinguishes between translatable and non-translatable common types, reducing confusion when managing multilingual entries.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where a missing record identifier could cause errors when saving certain records. [NG-3656]
- Corrected a label display problem on the assessment type field that appeared in the previous release.
- Resolved a validation menu issue related to the Legitimate Interest section.
